Pam took us under her wing and made sure we were well taken care of from beginning to end! She was so excited to help us in finding our dream apartment and went above and beyond to give us the best chance of success. It was a particularly competitive situation as there were two other offers for the apartment, but she was extremely organized and offered helpful advice on how to best approach the situation. We ended up being selected as the new tenants of a gorgeous apartment, all thanks to Pam and her hard work. If we enter the housing market again in the future, I will going right back to her (and will advise my family and friends to do the same). Thank you so much Pam, it was an absolute pleasure!
